Coordination of available product documents with locally licensed engineers or design professionals selected for the project.

Application support

Organization of available drawings, specifications, forms, and supporting information for a local permit application.

Authority liaison

Communication support with local departments to track questions, document requests, and application status where authorized.

Project coordination

Coordination checkpoints among the buyer, local professionals, contractors, utilities, delivery providers, and NuGen.

Document handoff

A practical file set of available product documents and project correspondence for the buyer and local team.

The buyer remains responsible for

  • Selecting and contracting required licensed professionals.
  • Paying government, engineering, survey, contractor, utility, and inspection fees.
  • Providing accurate property, ownership, intended-use, and site information.
  • Following every condition imposed by the approving authorities.

The support package does not promise

  • Permit, zoning, variance, engineering, inspection, or occupancy approval.
  • A specific review timeline or response from an authority.
  • That a structure can be used as a residence, rental, ADU, or business at a specific property.
  • Legal, engineering, surveying, architectural, or contractor services unless separately contracted.
