Terms & Conditions

Clear guidelines outlining delivery and site access requirements, permitting responsibilities, payment terms, and manufacturing timelines.

1. Agreement & Ordering Parameters

By signing a custom package invoice and submitting a production deposit, the client agrees to these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance by NuGen Casitas based on factory capacity, raw material availability, and logistical delivery feasibility of the destination property coordinates.

2. Payment Structure & Deposit Requirements

To lock in a factory production slot, a standard 50% non-refundable deposit is required at order placement.

The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full and cleared prior to shipping loading schedules and local flatbed transport dispatch.

For custom developer multi-unit orders, alternative milestone payment schedules can be established via formal written agreement.

3. Manufacturing & Custom Option Timelines

Standard factory production of expandable homes typically takes 25 to 40 days from final design confirmation.

Including international shipping, customs processing, and local transportation, customers should treat the overall delivery timeframe as an estimate that may vary by order and logistics conditions.

All estimated delivery dates are guidelines and may be affected by factors outside the supplier's control, including shipping schedules, customs inspections, port congestion, weather conditions, or other logistical delays.

4. Delivery & Site Access

NuGen Casitas arranges flatbed delivery to the property address provided by the customer.

The customer is responsible for ensuring the property has adequate access for delivery, including a minimum clearance of 12 feet wide and 14 feet high, with no low-hanging trees, power lines, or other obstacles.

The customer is also responsible for arranging and paying for unloading and placement of the home on-site. This work must be performed by a licensed crane operator, certified rigging company, or qualified local contractor.

5. Permits, Zoning & Local Compliance

The customer is responsible for confirming zoning, permitted land use, HOA restrictions, flood-zone considerations, and all permits, approvals, engineering, inspections, and occupancy requirements for the installation and intended use of the structure.

Site preparation, utility connections, installation, setup, and local building compliance requirements may vary by property and should be confirmed with qualified local professionals.

NuGen Casitas does not guarantee permit approval, zoning approval, or approval for residential occupancy at any location. Decisions remain solely with the relevant jurisdiction and authorities.

6. Standard Framework Warranty & Liability Limits

The main folding galvanized steel framework, structure hinges, and structural joints are backed by a 1-year warranty starting from the delivery date, covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

Warranty exclusions may include damage caused by site conditions, foundation settlement, improper installation or anchoring, severe weather, utility hookup issues, or unauthorized structural alterations.

Under no circumstances shall NuGen Casitas be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost rental income, permit penalties, or contractor delay costs) associated with the project.

7. Buyer Acknowledgement

Before submitting a purchase order, signing an agreement, or paying a production deposit, the buyer must acknowledge that permit approval is not guaranteed, zoning laws vary by location, and the buyer is responsible for confirming that the intended use is permitted.

NuGen Casitas sells the structure and any services specifically identified in the final written quote. NuGen does not guarantee governmental approval, site suitability, utility availability, installation approval, or occupancy approval.
